MEET THE OWNER OF Athans Building Services
Miltiadis leads the work at Athans Building Services, keeping each project moving and considering what needs attention at every stage. For window installation in Mentone, he guides the fitting or replacement process, from understanding what the home needs to checking how the finished window sits within the space.
He stays involved as the work takes shape, coordinating the steps on site and keeping a clear eye on how each part comes together. When a window is being fitted or replaced, Miltiadis considers the opening, frame and surrounding finishes, and refers specialist glazing or structural work to an appropriately qualified trade where needed.
Customers deal directly with Miltiadis and can talk through the window, its location and the work they have in mind. He keeps them informed as the job progresses, answers questions in straightforward terms and checks that the completed work meets the agreed needs, so they know what to expect at each step.
