MEET THE OWNER OF Athans Building Services
Miltiadis leads the day to day work at Athans Building Services, keeping each kitchen renovation moving from the first discussion through to completion. He stays involved in the details, helping shape a clear plan around the home, the requested changes and the way the kitchen needs to function.
When coordinating a job, he keeps the work organised and pays close attention to how each stage fits together. Miltiadis checks that decisions are understood before work proceeds, and keeps an eye on the finer points so the finished kitchen feels considered and suits the household’s everyday routines.
Customers working with Miltiadis have a clear point of contact. He listens to what matters to them, explains next steps in plain language and follows up as work progresses. Across South East Melbourne, his focus is making the process straightforward and leaving customers comfortable with the result.
