MEET THE OWNER OF Athans Building Services
Miltiadis leads the day to day work at Athans Building Services, keeping each Oakleigh window installation organised from the first conversation through to the final checks. He stays involved in the practical decisions on site, helping make sure the work suits the home and the customer’s needs.
He sets a considered pace, checking measurements, the opening and how the new frame will sit before work moves ahead. Miltiadis keeps an eye on the small finishing details too, coordinating fitting and adjustments carefully so the window works as intended and looks right within the home.
Customers deal directly with Miltiadis, who explains what the job involves and keeps them updated as it progresses. He makes time for questions, talks through any issues that come up, and checks the finished result with the customer, so they know what has been done and feel comfortable with the outcome.
