MEET THE OWNER OF Athans Building Services
Miltiadis leads the work at Athans Building Services, guiding home extension projects in Clayton South. He stays involved as each job progresses, keeps track of what needs attention and considers the practical details alongside the finished look. His focus helps keep the work organised and moving forward.
On extension work, Miltiadis organises the sequence of interior tasks and checks how each stage connects with the next. He oversees preparation, fitting and finishing, keeping each stage aligned with the agreed project plan. Where specialist work is needed, he coordinates with appropriately licensed trades.
Customers working with Miltiadis can expect clear updates about progress and a practical point of contact throughout the job. He listens to what matters to them, answers questions directly and follows through on the details, helping ensure the finished extension feels considered, tidy and suited to the home.
