MEET THE OWNER OF Athans Building Services
Miltiadis leads work at Athans Building Services, guiding kitchen renovation projects in Brighton. He stays involved from early conversations through to final checks, helping each job follow a clear plan and ensuring practical decisions suit the home and the people who live there.
He guides the work by keeping each stage organised and checking that components fit together as intended. For kitchen updates, Miltiadis considers how cabinetry, surfaces and fixtures will function in everyday use, then oversees the details as the room takes shape. When specialist work is needed, he arranges the right trade support.
Customers can expect Miltiadis to explain what’s happening, answer questions and keep them informed as the project progresses. He takes time to understand what matters to each household and checks the finished work carefully, so customers know who to speak with and can feel confident about the result.
