MEET THE OWNER OF Athans Building Services
Miltiadis leads the daily work at Athans Building Services, keeping each project organised and guiding the team through the details that shape a finished home. For kitchen renovations in Cheltenham, he stays closely involved from the first discussions, helping ensure the planned work suits the space and the household’s needs.
He sets a clear direction for each job, checks the finer points as work progresses and keeps decisions grounded in what will work well in the kitchen. Miltiadis coordinates the steps carefully, making sure cabinetry, surfaces, storage and finishing details come together as intended.
Customers deal directly with Miltiadis throughout the job, with progress explained in straightforward terms and questions answered as they arise. He pays attention to how the finished kitchen feels to use, follows through on agreed details and checks that customers are comfortable with the result before work wraps up.
