MEET THE OWNER OF Athans Building Services
Miltiadis leads the day to day work at Athans Building Services, helping shape each kitchen renovation from the first discussion through to the final checks. He keeps the job organised, makes sure the work suits the home, and stays involved as decisions are made for customers in Springvale.
When guiding a kitchen project, Miltiadis considers how the room needs to function and helps coordinate choices involved. He checks that cabinetry, surfaces and finishing touches come together as planned, while keeping the work moving and arranging licensed trades when plumbing or electrical tasks call for them.
Customers have a point of contact in Miltiadis during the work. He keeps them updated on progress, talks through decisions in plain language and makes time to address questions as they come up. He follows the work as it progresses, helping customers feel informed and comfortable at each stage.
