MEET THE OWNER OF Athans Building Services
Miltiadis leads daily work at Athans Building Services, guiding laundry renovations from the first conversation through to the finishing touches. As part of the family team, he shapes plans around how each laundry needs to function, keeping the work centred on the home and the people who use it.
On a Bentleigh laundry project, Miltiadis stays involved in the decisions that keep the job moving and the space practical. He considers the placement of cabinets, storage and fittings, and coordinates the work so each part suits the room. His steady approach helps the team deliver a considered result.
Customers working with Miltiadis can expect clear guidance as the renovation takes shape. He makes space for questions, explains each stage and checks that the chosen details suit the household’s needs. From arranging the work to reviewing the completed laundry, he keeps the customer informed and involved.
