MEET THE OWNER OF Athans Building Services
Miltiadis leads the work at Athans Building Services, guiding laundry renovations in Parkdale from the first conversation through to the finishing touches. He stays involved in decisions on site, helping keep the project organised and ensuring the details suit each home and the way its laundry needs to function.
He takes a considered approach to each job, paying attention to how fittings and storage will work in the space. Miltiadis checks the details as the work progresses and keeps the focus on a tidy, well-finished result that feels right for the home.
Customers can discuss their plans directly with Miltiadis and get clear updates as the work moves along. He listens to what matters to each household, talks through practical choices and takes care to make the renovation straightforward, from planning the changes to checking the finished space.
