MEET THE OWNER OF Athans Building Services
Miltiadis leads the day to day work at Athans Building Services, guiding laundry renovations for households in Sandringham from the first conversation through to the final checks. He stays involved in decisions that shape each room, helping ensure the plan suits the household and the way the space needs to function.
He keeps each job moving by setting clear priorities and checking that the work matches the agreed plan. When choices come up along the way, Miltiadis helps customers weigh up what will work best for their laundry, so decisions feel straightforward and the project stays focused on the intended result.
Customers can expect Miltiadis to stay accessible throughout the job and keep them informed about what’s happening next. He listens to their questions, takes their preferences into account and checks the finished work with care. That direct involvement helps customers feel comfortable and know who to speak with.
